Data Deletion Instructions

If you've messaged Alden Tech through Facebook, submitted our contact form, or otherwise shared personal information with us, you can request that we delete it at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request to jon@alden.cloud, by phone at (864) 381-8201, or via Facebook Messenger. Please include your name and, if applicable, the Facebook account or email address you contacted us from.

What Happens Next

We'll confirm receipt of your request within a few business days and delete the associated data — message history, contact details, and any related records — within 30 days, except where we're required to retain limited information for legal, warranty, or accounting purposes.
