We believe in what we build. Every eligible system assembled by Alden Tech is backed by a straightforward warranty so you can game with peace of mind.

What Is Covered

• Hardware Failure: If a component (GPU, CPU, RAM, SSD, etc.) fails under normal gaming usage, we will diagnose, replace, and reinstall it.
• Assembly Defects: Covers issues related to original cable management, fan mounting, liquid cooling connections, or initial assembly.
• Labor Fees: Zero labor charges for diagnosis, repair, or hardware swap-outs within the 3-year warranty period.

What Is NOT Covered

• Accidental Damage: Physical drops, liquid spills, component tampering, or improper transportation by the customer.
• Software & Malware: Operating system corruption caused by malware, cheats/mods, pirated software, or custom-modded Windows installations.
• Unstable Tuning: Component damage or system instability caused by manual overclocking, undervolting, or custom BIOS modifications.

Refurbished Parts Clause

For budget-focused builds using tested refurbished parts, the brand-new components retain their 3-year warranty, while refurbished/used support parts (such as cases or secondary storage) carry a firm 90-day parts & labor warranty. This is always clearly detailed in your build specifications.
