Agreement to Terms

By using this website, purchasing a PC build, or messaging Alden Tech through any channel, you agree to the terms below. Alden Tech is a veteran-owned custom gaming PC business based in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Product Listings & Pricing

Listed prices, specifications, and availability are accurate at the time of publishing but may change without notice — a build shown as available can sell before your inquiry is confirmed. We'll always tell you directly if a listing you're asking about is no longer available.

Sales, Payment & Pickup

Sales are arranged directly with Jon Alden and finalized at the time of local pickup or delivery. A sale is not confirmed until payment is received and pickup or delivery details are set.

Warranty

Eligible builds include a parts and labor warranty as described on our Warranty Policy page.

Limitation of Liability

Alden Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a purchased system beyond the terms of the applicable warranty. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
