I ordered a custom built pc for gaming. I’ve been a console player since Atari first came out. I had zero clue what I needed and Jon called me and we talked for almost an hour the first time. He then sent me many different styles of builds and I was able to chose the one I liked the most. Jon was an explained this building systems wasn’t his primary job and I told him to take his time I understood it could be a long process. I was expecting to wait a couple months but to my surprise 2 weeks later he show up at my house a 45 minute drive with my new build carried it upstairs set up my entire system for me downloaded everything that I would need to play video games. He set up my new OLED monitor (he picked it out on Amazon so I ordered it) he made sure all my settings were correct also synced up my ps5 controller so I could play with it. All this took 3-4 hours out of his time. My gaming PC looks so amazing and works so good my wife now wants one from Jon. What a truly amazing experience. Best customer service I have ever received.
