Buying Used from Alden Tech

• Tested before it ships. Used and refurbished PCs go through the same bench testing as our new builds.
• Every part labeled. The build sheet on each listing says which parts are new, used or refurbished.
• Warranty spelled out per part. New components keep the full 3-year parts and labor warranty, and the build sheet lists the coverage on each used or refurbished part. See the Refurbished Parts Clause.
• Previous owner's data wiped. Drives from traded-in PCs are wiped to a DoD 3-pass standard before resale.
